You’re most probably already aware of it, and yes, it looks like your dog might be suffering from separation anxiety.
But don’t worry, help is at hand.
My first advice is to not leave your dog home alone for longer than he/ she can comfortably cope with. And simply putting a dog in a crate or leaving them with a food toy unfortunately will not help them overcome their fear of being home alone.
So what to do next: hop over to my Instagram where you can find structured video guidelines on how to start with your dog’s separation anxiety training (look for the Door Is A Bore series). There you can also find plenty of other information on how to set your dog up for alone time training success
You can also find information on my blog.
I’m here to help you and your dog live a more independent life and if you’d like bespoke guidance and coaching for your dog’s separation issues, you can get in touch with me via booking a FREE 15 minute discovery call to go over your dog’s specific situation.
Alternatively you can send me an email or WhatsApp message.
